2018 Trojan Baseball Camp

Summer is right around the corner! If you are looking for a half-day summer baseball camp for your young baseball player, consider the annual  Anderson Trojan Baseball Camp.  The camp is held at Anderson High School  JUNE 18 – JUNE 21 9:00 AM-12:00 PM More information.

Baseball begins Tournaments

Anderson’s three baseball squads have completed a few weeks of scrimmages and are ready to put on uniforms, ready to play in games where the score counts!  The next two weeks are tournament time, preparing the Trojans for the district play that follows. Baseball Alumni Game

  This past week signaled the start of the Anderson baseball season.  Teams were announced on February 1st, and on Saturday the players participated in the annual Hit A Thon.  Also, on Saturday was the first Anderson Baseball Alumni game.  The baseball program hopes this Alumni game will be an annual  event, too.    

Successful Work Day

The baseball players and families participated in the annual Baseball Work Day. There was raking and weeding and spreading  of gravel.  Scrubbing and digging and spraying.  A little bit of work for everyone to get ready for the season. Tryouts are 1/26-27.  Hit-A-Thon is 2/3.  Games begin  Monday, 2/5 with Varsity scrimmaging McNeil at Nelson

Baseball hosts Annual Hit-A-Thon

This year’s Hit A Thon is a bit different. The Hit A Thon is first thing in the morning, the grill will be fired up for lunch, which will be followed by an Alumni Game. Silent Auction items are available for bids during this time. You’ve gotta be there!! Pledges are gathered by players. Donations

Signing Day for Anderson Baseball Seniors

Players, family, coaches and friends gathered to celebrate the three Anderson High School seniors who will continue playing baseball next year at their prospective colleges.
