Multiple Teams · Baseball begins Tournaments

Anderson’s three baseball squads have completed a few weeks of scrimmages and are ready to put on uniforms, ready to play in games where the score counts!  The next two weeks are tournament time, preparing the Trojans for the district play that follows.

Come out and see the Anderson Trojans face off against some good competition this week.

The varsity squad is playing in Pflugerville ISD’s tournament.  The players look forward to facing old 14-6A district rival, Lake Travis, and last year’s nemesis, Hendrickson.

The JV1 squad families host a tournament at our home JV field on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with local area teams like Rouse, Lake Travis and Hendrickson traveling to play our JV1 squad and each other.   The music will be playing and the concession stand open.  Hoping for nice weather to draw the students outside.

The JV2 squad travels to compete in the Vista Ridge tournament.  JV2 hosts their  home tournament the following week.
